Who is responsible?
Puls3 processes information you share through this website. For questions or requests to access, correct or delete your data, email letswork@puls3.io.
What data we process
When you use the form, we process your name, email address, optional website, message, language and the page you submit from so we can respond. We use your IP address to temporarily limit repeated submissions. Form content is not included in our analytics events.
Why and how long we keep data
We use your contact details to answer your request and, where relevant, take steps before entering into a contract. We delete contact requests within 24 months of our last contact unless the law or an active project requires us to keep them longer.
Analytics and session recordings
Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager load only after you consent to analytics. Google Analytics 4 measures visits, clicks, browser and device information and an approximate location to improve our website. The legal basis is your consent. The _ga and _ga_VN53J2ZBG3 cookies distinguish visitors and sessions and expire no later than two years after the last visit. Analytics user and event data retention is set to 14 months; aggregated reports can remain available longer. We do not use Google Signals or advertising personalisation.
Providers
Hetzner hosts our website. Cloudflare provides security and delivers website files. They process technical information such as IP addresses and request data for these purposes. Resend is the email provider for contact form delivery. After your consent, data is also processed through Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager.
Processing outside Europe
Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Resend processes form messages there. Google may process analytics data globally after regional collection. These providers’ terms describe the applicable safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data, or object to its processing. Email letswork@puls3.io. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. You can change or withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie preferences in the footer.
