The challenge
Make the phone easy to understand.
The Senifone S1 is designed for older people, but its features still need to be explained clearly. The site also has to answer questions from family members and carers.
Our contribution
We improved the online store and information architecture and developed the product presentation and content. We also built internal tools and made technical improvements.
